Founded in 1989, the WRO Media Art Biennale has been presenting art forms created based on contemporary media seeking to build a critical perspective on emerging issues in the art, technology and society. It is currently the main forum for art in new media in Poland and one of the major international art events in Central Europe.

In its latest edition, the Poéticas Digitais group participated in the exhibition at the National Museum presenting Encontros (2012), project in which two mobile phones display videos of two different shades of water streams: one in which the predominance is black and the other where the brown is the predominant color. In brief moments of close encounter you may notice a slight combination of the two streams of water.
